By accessing and using ZOF AI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the service.

You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, process, and store data as described therein. Test data, execution results, and analytics remain your property. We do not sell your data to third parties.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the Platform to transmit malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with or disrupt the service, or violate any applicable law or regulation.

The Platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by ZOF AI and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Your test data and configurations remain yours.
